What to do:
- Name 3 things that didn’t go wrong today(Out loud or in your head)
Examples:

- “I had food / warmth / music / a moment of peace.”

⚡ MISSION 5: NAME THE HERO (Hero Identity)
What to do:Say (out loud if you can):
“Today, I choose to be a hero.”
