I’m a Leadership Coach, Senior Operations Leader, and the voice behind the Leadership From the Heart podcast. I’ve spent the last 20+ years leading teams of 200+, managing multimillion-dollar operations, and coaching leaders who want to grow without losing themselves in the process.
