• The purpose of the Introductory (5 Segments) class is to familiarize you with historical Constitutional law and principles. These are the basics.
You will learn about the Constitution and how laws are interpreted and we will explore and examine several historical cases which have shaped our nation.
We are after all, a nation of laws. After the first five (5) lessons are comprised of 1 video and 3-5 pages of explanation for each lesson. I have also provided a written narrative detailing what you will have learned, (the basics of Constitutional law).
Upon completion of the first 5 segments, we will move on to the next level (Intermediate) where will learn an discuss more in-depth principles of law, and you will learn how the constitution has shaped everything from criminal law, civil law and torts, maritime law and so on.
If you decide after the first five introductory segments that you would like to continue on and explore the entire curriculum each level will comprise of (5 additional segments) that's awesome! Near the conclusion of the curriculum, we will explore your potential career in law.
You will have an overview of Constitutional law, and you will have gained substantial knowledge. There are many career paths, from paralegal to attorney and the many career paths in between where you knowledge you've gained will be key to your success.
You will have gained enough knowledge and tools to decide if a career in law is four you.
• The curriculum is still under development (a work in progress) and I will post new lessons and classes two or three times per week.
• After the first three (5) lessons, you will have the opportunity to move into the advanced learning module (ALM) which is comprised of ten (10) additional lessons and segments, which requires advanced membership. In this module, you will be able to email me, or live chat, with questions. The ALM will comprise of quizzes and tests of your knowledge.
• The conclusion is made up of twelve 12 additional segments and lessons. This is the Master's Module (MM) which will require the next level membership.
There is no "pass" or "fail". You will receive a certificate upon completion of the ALM and MM.
