1. Pick one app or feature that’s “basically done.”
2. Name the specific thing blocking the last 10%.
3. Make it smaller than it feels.
4. Push it to done.
5. Share what shipped (even if it’s messy or private).
That’s it.
You don’t need to justify your process.
