Leadership Through Storytelling
In October of 2024 I attended the Global Leadership Summit Broadcasts here in Fort McMurray. The second speaker of the event really caught my attention. Kindra Hall is a world renowned storytelling expert and gives off huge Elle Woods vibes, think big smile, blonde hair, bubblier than a bottle of champagne, & able to captivate an audience.
Storytelling is becoming a lost art in business and life in general. The vulnerability and openness needed to tell a story that can influence people is something that we shy away from. It lead me to putting together a course titled ‘Leadership Through Storytelling.’ I’m looking for 10-15 friends and family who would be interested in being part of my first run through of the course and give feedback on it’s content, delivery, & value.
I’ll be going through 1 or 2 modules every Wednesday night at 8 PM Mountain Time, starting February 12th and running for 5 weeks. Each session will be about an hour long and feature a story-telling related talk, interactive exercises, and discussion.
