Welcome to the kitchen clinic, here I will be diagnosing your pain in the pantry and offer some relief in the form of education.
Just a bit of background information about myself for credibility when it comes to your enlightenment.
I’m a 21 year old chef with 10+ years of cooking experience. Both in restaurants across multiple cuisines including Japanese, American, Italian, and French and also at home cooking for my own family and catering dinner/holiday parties. I am also experienced in larger events such as golf tournaments, weddings, and concerts. I am a graduate of George Brown College with a diploma in culinary management.
my main focus as a chef is sustainability, and community. I believe in connecting the chain of people who help put food on our tables, with my farming heritage and education on sustainable agriculture I strongly believe in a more efficient, balanced, healthy, sustainable future for the food industry.
