Most pitchers don’t plateau because they aren’t working hard.
They plateau because their work has no direction.
If you train without a plan, you’ll:
- Copy drills you see online
- Chase velocity without fixing leaks
- Work hard but stay the same
Effort doesn’t equal progress.
Structure does.
Every great arm I’ve coached had clarity:
- What they were training
- Why they were training it
- When they were supposed to push vs refine
If you don’t have that, you’re guessing.
