Hi, I’m Philly — coach, competitor, Hybrid gym owner, and founder of The Hybrid Training Method.
I’ve spent over a decade in group fitness coaching, and for the last few years I’ve been fully immersed in the world of hybrid training — building real fitness that works across strength, endurance, and everything in between.
I’m the co-founder and director of Dynamic Fitness, a specialist HYROX and hybrid functional fitness gym in Newcastle upon Tyne, England and I compete in HYROX myself across Pairs and Solo. So when I talk about training, programming, and race prep — it comes from the gym floor, not a laptop.
I built this community because I wanted a place where people at every level — whether you’re brand new to hybrid training or chasing a podium — can get solid programming, real coaching, and genuine support.
