The Human Systems Lab is a Lovelution Lab community for the people doing the culture and people work inside and outside organizations trying to build infrastructure that aligns with what their org promised.
You know the gap. The distance between what your organization says it is committed to and the infrastructure to hold it. You feel that gap in your body before you can name it. This is the room where we close it, together, in real time.
Here is what we do inside:
