Here’s how to use your template effectively:
1️⃣ Define your main goal for the month — one clear focus
2️⃣ Choose three micro goals that support it — small, specific steps that move you forward.
3️⃣ Prioritize them by numbering each 1–3. This makes it feel manageable.
4️⃣ Write your “why.” This anchors your motivation and keeps you centered when things get tough.
5️⃣ Write your “how.” Add one or two actionable ways to start implementing a micro goal this week.
