Happy Imbolc!
This evening, under the full moon in Leo, I gathered with some ladies in my local community to celebrate Imbolc. We broke bread (well in our case, donuts), I gave information on the meaning of Imbolc and the Goddess Brigid, we shared in vulnerable discussion, ignited the flames to carry us through the rest of winter until spring, and set our intentions and wove them in to Bigids crosses.
In the spirit of Imbolc, I invite you to ponder on our discussion questions. Maybe journal with them or discuss them with someone close to you. Imbolc doesn’t force abrupt change, but invites you to observe the gentle softening of the ground and settle in to the pause before the growing starts. Tend your gentle flames, and reflect on what energy you are inviting to grow with you into the coming season shift. Ask….
