📌 About the Classroom (What’s Coming)
Alongside the open discussion space, we’ll be creating a structured video series inside the Classroom. These videos are designed to offer a deeper, more organized walk through the practices we’re exploring here—step by step, embodied, and practical.
The classroom content will focus on:
guided orientation through the steps we’ve been naming
embodied practices that are easier to learn by seeing and hearing
deeper context and examples that don’t always fit well in open discussion
The discussion space will remain free and open. It exists so anyone—regardless of resources—can find grounding, sanity, and shared humanity. Nothing in the classroom will be required to participate meaningfully here, and no one will be pressured to join.
Think of it this way:
The discussions are the clearing.
The classroom is the trail guide for those who want more structure and support.
Both matter. Both will stay.
