Before we move forward, we must acknowledge what we’ve been carrying.
Take a moment and reflect on these questions:
- What situation or person still triggers an emotional reaction in me?
- What emotion am I holding onto (anger, guilt, regret, disappointment)?
- What do I need to forgive myself for?
- What am I ready to release so my mind can be free?
Affirm aloud:I choose healing over holding on.I choose peace over emotional weight.I forgive myself.I release what no longer belongs to me.I am growing.
Today, move gently.
