Quick reminder for everyone building their nonprofit:
This week isn’t about applying to 10 grants. It's about getting clear on ONE fundable program.
Ask yourself:
👉 Who exactly are we serving?👉 What measurable result are we creating?👉 What type of funder would care about this?
If you can’t answer those clearly yet, don’t rush into applications.
Clarity first. Funding second.
💡 This week’s move:Spend 20 minutes refining ONE program using this format:
“We help [who] achieve [specific outcome] through [program].”
Example:“We help 50 single mothers secure employment through job readiness training.”
That’s fundable.
