Frequency Academy Ready! 😁🥳🤓
Hi family! I’ve only gone through the “Creating Sacred Space” module so far… and I can already feel the depth of this work and embodiment. What really stands out to me is how intentional everything is. How true it resonates and aligns with my true being. I’m learning and remembering that safe space isn’t something you decorate it is something you build with your presence. With your breath. With your voice. With your intention. And when that shifts everything shifts. Even just the first module has shifted the way I look at my environment and how I hold space. I am super excited to engage, explore, and learn much more with in as well as here, live!!! Let’s see where today takes me, love and light y’all! ☀️
