🌿 Finding Inner Balance Through Breath
Lately I have been feeling more and more that true relaxation does not come from external quietness, but from inner stability. Through regular breathing practice and gentle movement, the body slowly relaxes and the mind becomes clearer and calmer.
For me, yoga is not just about postures or techniques, but a way of being with myself. I hope we can all find our own rhythm in daily life and return to the present moment through each breath.
