When I first thought about starting this community, I imagined it would be for creatives, performers, storytellers, or entrepreneurs. People who WANTED to do something with their lives.
Thatâs the world I came from.
And I still love it.
But the longer I sat with the idea, the more I realized something about fathers:
Weâre not people who want to do things with our lives.
Weâre people who HAVE to.
There are no more excuses.
No more âwhen I finally have timeâ or âonce things calm down.â
There is only showing up.
And thatâs where the framework, or the pillars, of this Skool come in.
Not rules. Not commandments.
Just reminders of how we keep showing up for ourselves, and for the little eyes watching.
âď¸ The Four Pillars
These are the cornerstones that guide what we practice here.
Not all at once. Not perfectly. Just consistently.
1ď¸âŁ Train Daily
Growth doesnât happen in the background.
Itâs built through repetition in body, mind, and craft.
When we train daily, we teach our kids that consistency beats talent.
2ď¸âŁ Act Boldly
Weâve already played small.
Now, every choice, every risk, every âIâll tryâ, shows them what courage looks like.
3ď¸âŁ Invest Wisely
Our time, our energy, our attention; these are currencies.
What we invest in, we multiply.
And what we neglect, we lose.
4ď¸âŁ Love Honestly
Itâs the hardest one.
Because honesty demands presence.
It means our kids see us as we are. Imperfect, human, still learning, and they love us not despite that, but because of it.
These arenât lessons for our kids.
Theyâre lessons for us.
Because the truth is, fatherhood doesnât ask us to stop dreaming. It asks us to make those dreams visible.
To keep building, creating, and living in a way that says,
âThis is what it looks like to keep becoming.â
Welcome to the work.
Welcome to The Fatherhood Framework.
