1️⃣ What business am I building (or dreaming of)?
I’m building a specialist digital studio that does three things brilliantly for small and growing businesses in the UK:
- Marketing Solutions UK – my core web design and SEO agency, focused on high-performing WordPress/WooCommerce sites for local and regional businesses.
- InfinityStream – a webinar and automation arm that gives clients fixed-price, done-for-you webinar production and smart funnels (integrations, reporting dashboards).
- Productised assets like Automation Mastery Hub (e-book, automation workflows) that generate recurring revenue and position me as the “go-to” for practical AI and automation for small businesses.
Put simply: a lean, highly skilled studio where clients can get websites, webinars, and workflows that actually generate leads, not just look pretty.
2️⃣ What’s holding me back right now?
- Capacity and context switching – I’m spread across client work, multiple brands, radio, and product development. That makes it hard to give focused, strategic time to scaling one core offer.
- Not enough systemised outbound/marketing for myself – I’m great at doing SEO and funnels for clients, but my own lead-gen and nurturing engine isn’t running as consistently as it could.
- Too many ideas, not enough packaging – InfinityStream, Automation Mastery Hub, local SEO, WooCommerce dev… all strong, but they need sharper, productised offers so they’re easy to buy and easy to sell.
- Limited delegation – too much still relies on me personally (dev, content direction, tech), which slows everything down.
3️⃣ What does “success” in 90 days look like for me?
- Clear flagship offers live and promoted
- A consistent marketing engine for my own business
- Real traction on the product side
- Better systems, less chaos
That’s the honest version: a lean, focused studio with clearer offers, steady inbound leads, and the first productised revenue stream properly live.
