Perimenopause affects a woman's entire body. Why is that?
Estrogen receptors are located in almost every organ system. As estrogen levels fluctuate and begin to decline, this "rollercoaster" of hormonal change impacts physical, emotional, and cognitive health, with symptoms lasting several years before the final menstrual period.
My school community teaches you about all these different systems in your body and ways rebalance and feel yourself again.
With my combined skills as Perimenopause coach, yoga instructor and weight training experience, years of meditation practice, and I am a clinical hypnotist I can teach you to fill your tool belt with everything you need to rebalance your nervous system and get back to feeling like you.
