I am not used to this BRRR calculator.
Here is a snapshot of the numbers. It looks good to me. It needs a little work before a move in but most of the big stuff is done. It is a REO owned by a hard money lender and I will find out about financing requirements from them. In the meantime, thoughts? I don't have money either so I will need a partner if worthy of pursuing. Well, it looks a little high price wise so I am asking the agent about whether the price is negotiable. Prolly not as they are trying to recoup losses...
