Within the F&F Project, we approach spiritual growth as a project and intentionally steward each phase. Through guided practices, weekly prayer calls, scripture-based teachings, and practical systems, members develop inner stillness, regulate nervous systems, and strengthen mental and emotional resilience, all while living in a dying world.
