Ingredients
Good evening everyone. I am going to do the live training this week on Sunday morning. Regrettably my Aunt has died and that is the only day I can do it as I have a funeral I need to travel for. You san see the time under calendar.
I am updating ingredients each day, so each time you come on you will see more. I have included formulation data as well, for those of you who are interested.
