Rules of the Brotherhood
This room has a standard. These aren't suggestions — they're the floor we all stand on.
Rule 1 — No Victim Mentality
Be honest about where you are — but don't camp there. We don't cosign excuses here. Acknowledge the hard thing, then take the next step forward.
Rule 2 — No Lurking
Show up. Participate. A man watching from the sideline isn't building anything. You don't have to have the right words — you just have to be present.
Rule 3 — What's Said Here Stays Here
This room is built on real talk. That only works if men feel safe being real. Confidentiality isn't a courtesy — it's a requirement.
Rule 4 — No Shaming
We hold high standards here AND we meet men where they are. Those two things aren't in conflict. Call a man up — never cut him down.
Rule 5 — No Selling
This isn't a marketplace. Don't pitch your offer, your course, or your service — in posts, comments, or DMs. The focus here is growth, not promotion.
Rule 6 — Show Up as You Are
No highlight reels. No performing. Bring your real self — the version that's actually in the middle of the work. That's who this room is built for.
Violating these standards is grounds for removal. No warnings needed — the rules are clear.
