The Conductor
If you've been around me, you recognize him. If you are new, you are in for a treat! The energy meditations I do are pretty well loved, especially "The Train". The conductor, Matthew, is one of my guides, and I channel his favorite train meditation. It's power is in helping you visualize either what you want, what you want to release, or even who you want to connect with. What If Intuition Isn’t About Being A Psychic?
Somewhere along the way, we turned intuition into a performance. As though it only “counts” if you are reading cards for strangers, speaking to spirits, or dramatically staring into the middle distance while wearing seventeen rings. Intuition is often much quieter than that. It is the pause before a decision. The feeling that something is off. The knowing that arrives before the evidence does. The mother who already knows. Sometimes intuition is simply your inner wisdom tapping you on the shoulder saying,“Sweetheart.
