✨My name is Mairo, and I’m so grateful to be here. I am a vital holistic herbalist and Mom of 5!
I live in Canada 🇨🇦
I’ve spent over 2️⃣0️⃣ years in healthcare as a Personal Support Worker and Addiction Counselor, and I’m also a self-taught functional Vital herbalist who specializes in natural detox, nervous system support, and holistic protocols for Individuals and children on the spectrum. But beyond any certifications, my true teacher has been life itself including raising my own children and navigating healing outside of the conventional medical model.
✨What I believe to my core is simple:
The body is designed to heal when we remove burdens and restore balance.
Detox doesn’t have to be complicated or trendy it can be gentle, natural, empowering, and rooted in ancient wisdom + everyday practicality.
❤️🩹 I don’t believe in fear-based healing I believe in informed healing and community powered growth.
