Okay fellow stylists, I’d love some advice. Today I had two back-to-back clients arrive 15–20 minutes late without notice, and it completely threw off my schedule. I don’t run into this often, but when it does happen, how do you handle it? Do you adjust the service (like skipping the blow-dry) to stay on time, or do you just run behind for your next client? I want to be understanding, but I also want to respect my time and my other guests. Would love to hear how you all navigate this.
