Teacher Bootcamp
I'm seriously in a training season in my job. These teenagers are getting crazier every year. I would recommend parents to homeschool...
But parents don't want to invest in their children's education...
It's wild some of the stuff I have to deal with on a daily basis...
I had one teenager basically say no to my paper about a synthesizer... which is like an electronic piano with effects.
I am teaching them cool stuff in music... that a synthesizer is used in video games and also on the Top Gun Anthem song.
I made the handout myself and took time.
I sent out an email to all the parents saying I won't tolerate disrespect in my classroom.
If I could say one thing to parents it's this: teach your kids manners and to respect their elders.
It starts in the home.
