Let me give you a simple roadmap for your first days in this community.

It's a simple daily practice:
Name one thing you're carrying today (a pressure, a worry, a transition, a question).
That's it. One sentence.
Example:
"Today I'm carrying anxiety about my aging mother's health and guilt that I can't do more."
Naming it helps you see it. Sharing it helps you not carry it alone.
