Hi everyone!! I am new here and wanted some help on where to find the best resources. I am in my mid 20's and working a 9-5 job, doing side hustles and other entrepreneurial work, and try to exercise as much as possible. I find that I have trouble focusing after lunch and often need caffeine to wake me up. I get home and dont have any energy or motivation to do other work or exercise. I have good days and bad days in terms of energy and motivation and im looking for more consistency in my mood. Any tips on places to start to learn here?
