Something I’ve noticed over the years…
Many women arrive at the craft carrying a quiet frustration they can’t quite explain.
They tried the softer spaces first.
The “love and light” circles.
The endless talk about forgiveness, positivity, and rising above every feeling that isn’t pleasant.
And for a while they try to make it work.
But eventually something in them pushes back.
Because real power has never come from pretending half of yourself doesn’t exist.
Your anger.
Your instincts.
Your ability to recognise when something is unjust and refuse to smile politely about it.
None of that is a flaw in your spirit.
It’s part of the current that witches have worked with for centuries.
Some people will always try to smooth the edges off the craft so it feels safer. More acceptable.
But the older traditions were never built on pretending darkness doesn’t exist.
They were built on knowing how to walk with it.
So I’m curious about something.
At what moment did you realise the softer version of spirituality wasn’t enough for you?
When did you start looking for something… deeper?
Speak freely.
