You've probably found me through a reel that stopped you mid-scroll, the kind that named something you'd never heard named out loud. That's a doorway. It opens, you feel recognized for thirty seconds, then you scroll on.
The Cut is what happens when thirty seconds isn't enough, when you're ready to look at the relationship, the family, the grief that never got a ritual, and do something with what you see.
Inside is a curriculum with a spine, built in the order it takes to understand why you love the way you love, and grieve the way you grieve. You have to practice looking at yourself without flinching before you're handed a framework or it becomes something you perform instead of something you see yourself in.
Every Tuesday at six, we meet live. Between sessions, the discussion feed keeps the room breathing: post the thing you couldn't say anywhere else, and hear someone say "same”. It's recognition before recovery, from someone who's done the excavating herself.

I think "enjoying" is a curious word...pun sort of intended. I do enjoy the discussions/sessions on Tuesdays and the coffee times on Wednesdays. It's intelligent adult discussion without performance, without pretense or trying to impress. We seem to be a small group of genuinely curious people--about ourselves but also about other people's experiences and their take on ours. That says to me it is a safe space where honesty and truth don't become combative or create us/them. A place to heal.
