You Don’t Need Confidence. Use Your Courage Instead
You don't need more confidence. You're sitting on a pile of courage you keep filing under "later."
Confidence isn't the ticket in. It's the receipt you get on the way out.
Nobody meets you at the door and goes, "Great news — you feel ready now, you may pursue your dreams." You do the terrifying thing first. Voice shaking, palms sweating, fully convinced you're a fraud. And confidence shows up afterward, late and out of breath, like "oh damn… you actually did that?"
But somewhere along the way you got handed a few rules:
"Who do you think you are?"→ Apparently someone who needs a permission slip from people who never chased anything.
“Don't take up too much space."→ Usually said by people very comfortable taking up yours.
“Your ideas are too much."→ Translation: too much for them. Different sentence entirely. Find better rooms.
Here's the part nobody tells you: courage isn't the absence of that voice. It's doing the thing while the voice is still mid-sentence.
Quick Audit:
Comment the ONE thing you've been saving "for when you feel confident enough" — the pitch, the price raise, the post, the move, the message you keep drafting and deleting.
Now — do those three voices ↑ live rent-free in your head?
If YES→ drop a 🔥 with your one thing. That fire means you're about to do it scared, which is the only way it's ever done. We'll be in the comments with you.
If NO → drop a 🧭 with your one thing, then tag the person who needs to read this. You're the one who pulls others through the door.
