Let's close the week out right. Doesn't matter if it's a launch, a client win, or you finally hit publish on something you'd been sitting on for weeks. It all counts. Small wins build the same muscle as big ones. So let's hear it. What's one win from this week, big or small? For me I started auditing my audited my foundation by making a list of ways that I connected withpeople off of social media. This is the start of a big project for me because I haven’t done it for myself in 6 years 🤦‍♀️.

Here is my heart
This was my thank you letter. This month I have started tailoring posts to platforms. Maybe the last week of last month I started. Here was a post that was really for everyone but it fit in LinkedIn best. The past two days have been a shit show to say the least. I had to fire someone today for something so unexpected. My truck broke down and you know what? I survived! I was stressed I wanted to scream. The funny thing is I never stoped to dwell on it. I just approached it as a problem and solved it. I am heartbroken that my employee who had finally started getting his life together made a choice that cost him his job. But I made it to one year being a business owner! I mean this letter even more today! I’d love your feedback! I am grown up enough for it now. And I’d really like ideas on how I can repurpose this content to get some revenue or at least inquiries out of it. https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/one-year-thank-you-note-katie-day-mba-kqdhe?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_ios&utm_campaign=share_via
Your next collaboration, your next clarity, your next "oh thank god it's not just me" is one post away.
I've seen it happen in other communities. Someone shares what they're working on. Someone else says me too. And suddenly there's a conversation, a connection, maybe even a friendship or an opportunity that wouldn't have existed if that person had stayed quiet. I want that to happen here. That's actually why I'm writing this. Because this community has the people, the experience, and the heart for it. We just need someone to go first. So let it be you. What are you working on right now? Where are you stuck? What win do you want to celebrate? What question have you been sitting on because you weren't sure if it was worth asking? It's worth asking. Post it. Share it. Ask it. You might be exactly what someone else needed to hear today, and this community might be exactly what you needed too. Speaking of collaborations @Gale Bates and I spoke this week on her YouTube channel, and this post came from that.😀 What's one thing you're working on or needing support with this week?

https://lnkd.in/edDwX5a6 I thought I was going to solicit feedback before posting, but my business truck had a mental break down and decided it was a door stop. Ugh, luckily the answer to "how much is this going to cost me" is postponed for another day because all the shops are closed in town. Anyhow, I wonder, can you relate to me? Have you asked for help yet? I know it was super hard to admit I am not an octopus and there really are only 24 hours in the day. Plus, I do have to sleep. Asking for help was so liberating! I have some contacts to those that helped me if you want names, they are open to virtual help sessions. Plus, hello, this group has helped me too. But I didn't have to ask...LOL, you just do help.
