Thanks for the connection, Nathan. Hello everyone, Michael here! I recently relocated from the Washington, D.C. area. In my full-time work, I lead People Operations, Culture, and DEI for a state agency. Outside of work, my life intersects faith, the church, social justice, civil rights, and civic engagement. I’m also an avid traveler and high school basketball coach.

As someone still fairly new to the community, I’ve been intentional about building the right connections and contributing where I can. Excited to connect and grow together.
