We Landed Another Contract Yesterday!

landed a contract in Indiana yesterday rented out at $550 per month month 2 month and locked it in for $20k plus closing should be able to assign.

If not it’s owned out right so I might try to get it for seller finance and take it down myself as a rental for my portfolio.

The biggest thing to remember is to always make calls and send text to get people on the phone and then run the scripts.

Keep doing it everyday no matter what. Always take massive action even when you don’t feel like it. Winners always show up 💪🏼
