Hello Clarity Circle! I am uh-DEE-yah from Pittsburgh. Looking forward to learning and getting to the root at what I am experiencing. I believe that ah-ha moment will be answer to what I have been seeking. I feel like I'm half way there, by changing my diet I have begun healing my gut, now I just need to figure out how to eliminate the excess estrogen in my body.
