I found the symptom decoder a bit challenging because I am not currently experiencing the gut symptoms, but marker it because I had them in the past. I know I have hypothyroidism and my sex hormones are certainly out of whack as I am on a progesterone pill daily. The gut and cortisol isn't as bad as it used to be since eliminated dairy and upgrading the quality of my food, eliminating toxins, prioritizing organic, free-range or pastured and wild caught without hormones and antibiotics. I am still experiencing estrogen dominance marked by the presence of fibroids. Walking and intermittent fasting has helped me kickstart the weight loss, Im down 26 lbs and still have a ways to go, hopefully once my body is back in sync things will change.
