The Challenger Series is a men’s fitness and resilience group focused on one outcome: physical transformation through accountability and brotherhood.
This is an 8-week, season-based program where men train together every Saturday through structured warm-ups, team-based physical challenges, and recovery. Training includes bodyweight work, conditioning, rucking, endurance, and mental grit under fatigue. Each season begins and ends with a PT test so progress is measured, not assumed.
What sets this group apart is the team challenge format. Every week, men are placed into randomized teams and compete together under pressure. You don’t choose your team. You show up, give effort, and support the men beside you. Winning matters—but finishing together matters more.
Led by Rod and Marcus as team captains, the standard is simple: show up, work hard, support your team, and finish what you start.
You don’t need to be fit to join.
You do need to be serious.
