Something I have always been asked, ,,, how do you get to be a good carpenter, the answer is the simplest, never be afraid to listen to ideas, somebody always knows something new, every day is a chance to learn, sometimes from the most the most unexpected, and ask questions, if you don’t understand what’s happening or required, ASK , we won’t tell you off, we need you to understand and be confident in what you are doing ,
