Not going to pretend everything here runs itself while I do nothing, because it doesn't, and I don't.
But here's what's actually true this week: short #18 went out without me writing a script from scratch, because it's on a rotation of the same core pillars rather than a fresh idea every single time. Pinterest posts keep going out in the background too, some weeks the numbers move, some weeks they don't, and I only check them properly once a week instead of refreshing all day.
None of it is polished. Bits break most weeks. I fix what needs fixing and leave the rest running.
That's the actual point of building systems instead of hustling harder, for me at least. It's not doing nothing, it's making sure the daily grind isn't the thing keeping the lights on.
