Honest question for the community π
When work gets really heavy β like genuinely overwhelming β what does your day actually look like? Are you protecting your energy, or just white-knuckling through it?
I ask because I used to be the second one. Completely. I wore exhaustion like a badge and called it dedication. Until I couldn't anymore.
What actually changed things for me wasn't a big system or a complete routine overhaul. It was five tiny habits I started doing consistently:
β 90-minute focused work blocks
β Three priorities written before I opened my inbox
β Water every two hours (genuinely underrated)
β A hard stop time I actually respected
β A simple wind-down ritual before bed
None of them are glamorous. All of them work.
I've been thinking about this a lot lately because I see so many talented, driven people in communities like this one quietly running themselves into the ground β not because they're weak, but because nobody gave them permission to protect themselves.
So consider this yours.
Which of these five do you already do? And which one do you KNOW you need to start? Drop it below β I'm genuinely curious where people are at with this. Let's help each other out. π
