Iβm Keiti π Originally from Estonia πͺπͺ, and completely new to calisthenics. I joined The Calisthenics Club because I really want to learn how to master my own bodyweight and finally feel confident with the basics πͺ. Iβve just started the 10x Challenge β at first I thought it looked quite easy, but by round two I was already feeling it π
and realised the beginner level is no joke. Still, that only made me more excited to see how Iβll feel after four weeks and to try the other challenges afterwards π.
Outside of training I enjoy being active, creating things, cooking healthier meals and keeping myself busy with new hobbies π¨π³β¨. Iβm genuinely happy to be part of a community like this β everyone is so supportive, motivated and actually trying to get better π€. Canβt wait to see my progress over time, make some friends, and hopefully reach a point where the basics donβt feel so hard anymore π.
