I'm starting a health goal this week. I'm not waiting for near years because today is a good of a day as any to get started.
For the next 12 weeks, I'm committing to completing all the gym sessions I set for myself each week and tracking my food. I want to treat this as an experiment and reflect on what I'm doing over time and how that works for me.
I decided to also put it here for accountability and to show that it's okay to test things. How I show up for my health also affects how I show up in my business and everywhere else, so i want to be intentional about it.
I'm not an expert who always gets it right. I've built habits successfully before but I've also fallen off the wagon plenty of times usually because the habit wasn't strong enough or I didn't really care too much about the habit I was trying to create to begin with.
So this is me committing to following through on the things I say I'm going to do and seeing what happens over the next 12 weeks. That commitment also includes showing up here 😊
