Here's what that means:

1. Evidence over opinion. If you didn't test it, don't teach it. All advice must come from real experiments.
2. No gurus. No pitching. No fluff. We're all builders here. No one is selling. No one is posturing.
3. Execution beats knowledge. The founder running experiments beats the founder reading about experiments.
4. Failures are wins. A failed experiment with data is more valuable than no experiment. Share both.
5. Frameworks → Experiments → Results. That's the loop. Every Monday you get a framework. You test it. You post results.
