Belief Work Exercise
Every cycle you repeat has a belief underneath it.
Every trigger has a belief underneath it.
Every fear, shutdown, overreaction, or self-sabotaging moment is rooted in a belief that was formed long before you understood it.
I want to invite you into a simple but powerful practice.
Drop one belief below that you feel comfortable sharing.
Just one.
It can be small, big, emotional, confusing, or something you’ve never said out loud before.
Examples:
“I have to do everything alone”
“Rest is unproductive”
“I’m too much”
“Love never stays”
“I’m not safe when I open up”
“Good things do not last for me”
Once you share yours, we will look at it together.
We will explore where it came from and what it has been trying to protect you from.
And as a community, we will begin the process of healing it at the root.
This is not just about admitting a belief.
This is about releasing the version of you who lived under it.
Your identity is ready to rise into truth.
Drop your belief when you are ready.
