Business Finance - Why? When? How?
When you get into business, it's not for just the fun, its also for the profit. Purpose will start the business but profit sustains it. My past Boss/Mentor, Sam Brooks said, 'If your in business and not making a profit, then you're going out of business' - what a true statement. The best way to prevent that is planning, understanding and managing your finances.
The questions you must ask yourself all can be answered within your financial statements.
