Astro Calendar Update
I wish I had a date for y'all, but not quite yet. It looks like it may land by this coming Full Moon on the 1st. Here's what's going on right now:
- All initial development is for the most part done
- I've just been handed the keys so I can experience how it works on a sample client or two
The problem:
- it was sending an email for every single calendar day, meaning if you got a month's worth of daily horoscopes, it would spam you 30 emails at a time. HELL NO. so we're working on fixing it
- batching is currently working 7 days at a time, not 30. we've got to figure out how to pace the horoscopes so it sends out initially the first 30 days, then refreshes and updates every week.
We're so close to making this happen!
