Last night, something clicked.
After a long day of feeling off, I got into the hot tub, meditated, and then standing in the shower the realization hit me:
There are levels of safety consciousness we all move through.
1ď¸âŁ Survival â Where all energy goes toward making it through the day. People here just want to eat, work, and rest. Itâs not wrongâitâs just the base level of safety.
2ď¸âŁ Security â You might have money or success, but fear still runs the show. My bestie lives here sheâs done well for herself, but sheâs always afraid of losing it. Fear of loss blocks the flow of life.
3ď¸âŁ Flow â Gratitude replaces fear. You trust that life replenishes itself. You donât need to control the currentâyou become the current.
Last night I could see these levels so clearly.
And what amazed me most was realizing how I once lived in survival too⌠and how compassion
not judgment is what bridges us between levels.
Where do you feel your energy sits most daysâsurvival, security, or flow?
And what helps you move one level higher when you feel stuck?
