The thing you’re avoiding is the thing you need.
Every time you feel resistance, remember this. Resistance only shows up when something actually matters. It doesn’t show up for the easy stuff. It doesn’t show up for distractions. It shows up when you are on the edge of growth. I have felt resistance before every big move I ever made. Writing my first book. Launching my first course. Making my first hire. Every single time. If you are feeling it today… good. It means you are standing at a doorway. Push through it. On the other side is the version of you you’ve been trying to become. Question for the group:What are you feeling resistance around right now? Drop it below. This is the room where we beat it together.
Hot take: Being a beginner in AI right now is a superpower
Everyone starts from zero. Zero posts. Zero projects. Zero followers. Zero revenue. We all know this. But here's what most people miss: If you're a beginner in AI and prompting right now, you're already ahead of 95% of people who haven't even started. The bar is still on the ground, pick it up. You don't need a grand plan. You don't need the perfect project idea. You just need to: - Start - Learn - Start over - Repeat Every bad prompt teaches you something. Every failed project is a lesson someone else hasn't learned yet because they're still "researching" or "waiting for the right time." The people who will be AI experts in 1 year are the ones fumbling through it right now. Zero is the best place to start. What's stopping you?

The integration of artificial intelligence and healthcare
As a practitioner in clinical innovation, I've always been passionate about how artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping the future of healthcare. My work helps clinical settings adopt smarter tools, and I witness firsthand how technology improves efficiency and enhances the patient experience every day, from workflow automation to decision support systems. AI has already impacted areas such as: Predictive modeling and early diagnosis Workflow optimization and personalized treatment plans Digital therapies and telemedicine Improved doctor-patient communication But what excites me most isn't the technology itself, but how we can responsibly and ethically integrate it into healthcare practice, truly supporting rather than replacing human healthcare services. I'd love to hear your thoughts: How do you think AI will change your field or daily work? What challenges or concerns do you think we should address? Do you think AI will enhance human capabilities or compete with them? I look forward to hearing your insights and engaging in meaningful dialogue with this community. ✨ If I'm not here, you can also find me on WhatsApp. My number is 2069705942

Introduction
Hi, I’m Rikki, a 54-year-old from New Mexico. After a devastating tragedy that turned my life upside down, I’ve made the decision to completely reinvent myself. I just graduated from culinary school and have a deep passion for cooking. I’ve also studied Ayurveda and taken coaching courses (not certified yet, but very committed). My big dream is to blend my chef skills with health and wellness to become a coach and advocate in this space. Right now, I’m exploring AI tools to help accelerate my goals and build something meaningful. I’ll be honest—staying focused is tough sometimes. Financial stress creeps in and pulls me off track, but I’m coachable, determined, and ready to learn. On a lighter note, I love animals, anything creative, and I enjoy singing… even though I probably shouldn’t (ha!). Tony is a bit of a hero to me, but I’m truly excited to be here with all of you—no offense to anyone else! Looking forward to this journey together.
