I was unaware of a continuing charge when signing up and simply signed up because it was 1 dollar and went to a good cause. I actually never used the product since there was limited direct instruction and a lack of time with school and sport commitment. A recent attempted 37 dollar charge came through but because I don’t have the funds it declined and my access was revoked. I immediately found out how to cancel the membership and did so but I believe I am still being charged for this month even though I have not yet accessed the materials.
